War—What Is It Really Good For? Absolutely Nothing.

Here we are again. Watching history repeat itself like a bad rerun no one asked for.

The United States government has once again taken it upon itself to play global hall monitor with a flamethrower. As the drums of war beat louder in 2025, we’re not just watching the same movie from 2003—we’re living it. And the plot hasn’t changed: lies, propaganda, and manufactured consent for yet another bloody, unnecessary conflict.

This time, the bogeyman is Iran. We’re told sleeper cells are among us. That retaliation is inevitable. That “preemptive strikes” are justified. We’ve heard this before. WMDs. Axis of evil. Remember that? It was all smoke, mirrors, and profit margins. And here comes the same playbook, dusted off, because Americans apparently have the memory of a goldfish and the war machine banks on it.

Let’s call this what it is: state-sponsored murder wrapped in the flag and sold to the masses as national security.

The Real Cost

This isn’t a political chess game or some abstract military exercise—it’s real human beings being burned alive by bombs with U.S. flags stamped on them. It’s generations of families in the Middle East watching their cities turned to rubble while American defense contractors sip cocktails and check stock prices.

Since 9/11, the U.S. has been responsible for millions of deaths, countless displacements, and the destabilization of entire regions. Entire governments toppled. Hospitals and schools destroyed. Entire cultures decimated. Children orphaned. But go ahead, CNN—keep calling it “strategic targeting.”

And for what? So Raytheon can get a bump in quarterly revenue? So oil can flow a little cheaper for a few more years? So the U.S. can puff its chest and flex its imperial muscle?

It’s disgusting. It’s criminal. And it’s happening again.

Manufactured Consent

The media is already doing what it always does: playing the role of obedient stenographer. Instead of asking why we’re striking Iranian military sites, they’re telling us how effective those strikes were. Instead of questioning U.S. aggression, they’re legitimizing it. They’re normalizing it. They’re repackaging murder as policy.

Let’s be very clear: the United States is not responding to war—it’s starting one.
This is offensive, not defensive. And it’s driven by profit, not principle.

The American public isn’t clamoring for war. Most of us are exhausted, overworked, drowning in debt, and would prefer the government spend its resources on healthcare, education, infrastructure—literally anything other than bombing another sovereign country.

But those who make money off war? They’ve been waiting for this moment. They fund politicians. They own news outlets. They write the scripts. And they count on your silence.

We Must Say No. Loudly.

Enough is enough.
If you’re feeling helpless, hopeless, or confused—you’re not alone. That’s by design. But we still have power. We can speak up. Protest. Share uncensored information. Call it what it is: war crimes. Not “defense.” Not “liberation.” Not “freedom.”

Don’t let them sell you fear.
Don’t let them paint dissent as unpatriotic.
Don’t let them silence our outrage.

We are not “at war” with Iran. The U.S. government is waging war on Iran. And it’s doing so with your tax dollars, under your name, while wrapping it all up in red, white, and blue ribbon.

This Isn’t National Security. It’s Empire.

And empire always eats its own.
You think this ends in victory? It ends in blowback. In terror. In more loss of American lives, too. In another generation traumatized and broken. In more veterans discarded like garbage after serving as cannon fodder.

This ends when we make it end.
This ends when we demand peace louder than they sell war.

Until then, the blood’s on our hands. And silence is complicity.
